The room and the bathroom were spacious and the bed comfortable. Since we stayed over Easter and the staff left a message that there were some some chocolate eggs hidden in the public areas, which was a very nice surprise. The hotel is in the middle of the downtown, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There are several public parkings nearby, so even if the parking from the hotel is unavailable, you always have other options.

Convenient location right at the city center. Friendly staff. Parking available for 16 euro/night and they could let me keep my car there until the next day afternoon which saved me a hassle of finding and paying for another parking on the next day (even after I checked out).

Amazing experience! Checking in was a bit confusing because the counter is in a building different from where our room was but that was just a 1 minute walk. The room itself seemed brand-new, with high ceilings and wonderful amenities. We also appreciated the little things that made us feel like home: separate blankets, a water bottle, toiletries… The only thing missing may be an air condition but they are not that common in Germany. Overall, we’d love to come again!

Location was perfect, as I was travelling to the University of Heidelberg it was just a 15 min walk. The breakfast was superb. One of the best I encountered in Germany. The room was generally rather clean. I was offered a restaurant voucher for the lack of room service, which was a perfect and eco option.

Appreciated being able to check in 5 hours early as we had arrived in Frankfurt via overnight flight. Also, room was quiet and breakfast buffet and coffee choices were superb. Finally, location could not have been better as it was within 2 blocks of the historic Old Town.

The breakfast was tasty! Our room was clean and comfy, the only negatives were that it was a little stuffy (warm) but that is because Heidelburg was experiencing a bit of a heat wave. We did have a fan but it wasn't as helpful as hoped. Also, the room was a little tight, but for the price we paid that was a fair trade off. It was clean and comfy though and we didn't spend much time in the room. The hotel is close to a main transit center and we found that super helpful for when we wanted to return to the train station. Overall great stay! The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Before arriving I kept getting notices for an automated /touchless check in for the hotel. When we got there the front desk receptionist was lovely and said that we could check in with her. ;) Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very beautiful Hotel with a spacious and clean room. The best location you could get in the heart of the city centre and very well connected by tram with the Train station.

A great value for the money. Located in the very central point, the hotel offers affordable rooms. No problems with the noise from outside. The building interior is nice and vintage, the rooms are more modern.

Super excellent location just 2 minutes from old town and tram/ buses opposite to hotel...rooms big and very nicely furnished. Professional staff.

Free upgrade from small single bed to deluxe double room. Clean. Propper dog friendly, just give them a heads up and they will prepare a blanket for your dog, many thanks!
